I enjoy helping individuals (ages 18+) with depression & anxiety, life transitions, traumatic events, overthinking, perfectionism, faith based concerns, college life stage, and parenting skills. I also have a passion for working with other therapists and will strive to personalize a therapy approach that feels like the best fit for you.
We will dig deeper to understand your cycles. Cycles such as striving but still feeling that you are not enough; getting angry but then having regrets; having a great life but still feeling unsatisfied. By looking at all of the different pieces, we can understand the full picture and help you find balance. You deserve to feel peace in your own life.
