Hello, my name is Lindsey, and I believe in meeting people where they are and working together with clients to find the right approach for them; the same therapeutic approach does not work for everyone. The thought of counseling can sometimes feel overwheIming. Therefore, I strive to help the client feel comfortable, supported, encouraged, and safe during session. I believe in taking a deeper look into what the underlying reason is for counseling, and I will be with you every step of the way. I want my clients to feel empowered and at peace by the time they are done with counseling. I look forward to meeting you!
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and National Certified Counselor. I have experience with kids, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy, certified in SPT, and have experience in CBT and DBT therapy.
