I wholeheartedly believe that everyone can benefit from counseling and searching for a therapist is a great first step towards healing and growth. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community but have experience working with clients with various disorders, presenting problems, and backgrounds. I strive to meet each client where they are and provide a safe and judgment-free space for the therapeutic process. I'm passionate about making therapy a collaborative process by encouraging clients to take an active role in their treatment.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions and tailor my treatment modality toward each client's needs and goals. I'm passionate about helping clients explore their identity and grow in self-confidence. My goal is for each client to leave treatment with the confidence to implement coping skills and face adversity on their own.
