About
Are you looking for a safe place to feel heard and validated? Are you looking to make some changes? Have you experienced a loss that is keeping you stuck? Taking the first step towards counseling can feel difficult and takes courage. I'll be here with you. Together we will explore the areas that are keeping you stuck and begin to move past those hard places. I am here to offer support and encouragement for those experiencing depression, anxiety, family or relational conflicts, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
I want to create a safe place where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that acceptance and self-discovery bring change. I want to help people understand & work through the process in a positive way. By changing thoughts, people can change how they feel & what they do.
I provide an integrative approach to therapy, which promotes personal growth and healing through an empathetic, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. The work focuses on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts by discovering their unconscious meanings and motivations.
