I’m a warm, down-to-earth talk therapist. My style is casual, compassionate, and real. I laugh easily, swear sometimes (if that's your vibe), and always hold space for what you’re carrying. Therapy with me isn’t stiff; it’s honest, human, and rooted in connection, honesty, and curiosity.
I specialize in OCD (including intrusive thoughts & emetophobia), narcissistic/psychological abuse, and addiction (whether you're struggling yourself or supporting someone else). I can also help with anxiety/panic, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship stress, ADHD symptom management PMDD, and (the very real challenge of) peri-menopause!
Before becoming a therapist, I lived a whole other life, including raising two incredible kids (now 22 & 18), so I know what it’s like to juggle. I believe humor heals, creativity soothes, and small steps can lead to big change.
