This is for people in or out of High demand religions that need support. It’s a safe space for unraveling old familiar patterns, belief systems, and for finding new meaning and hope, community and encouragement. I understand that the journey can feel lonely, overwhelming, and you may feel anger and resentment, and grief. It’s all a natural part of the process. Nothing is wrong with you and you are whole, holy, and doing important work.
