My background includes experience as an attorney (inactive), a doula, breastfeeding educator, and a holistic somatic psychotherapist. I incorporate my past professional experience to support individuals and families facing relationship and life shifts including menopause, divorce, parenting, coparenting and court systems, empty-nesting, and "sandwich" demands in a collaborative, embodied and neuro-affirming and trauma-informed space.
