I strive to help people get “unstuck” – those feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure how to change patterns that no longer work. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and compulsive behaviors, and I’m drawn to clients unsure about change. I meet you where you are and use flexible, evidence-based tools to support meaningful, sustainable growth in an affirming way.
My areas of specialty are in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and emotion dysregulation. I also work with adults who struggle with “behavioral addictions” like gambling, Internet use, or pornography use that cause difficulties. I particularly enjoy working with clients who aren’t quite sure about whether or how to change.
I support people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and behavioral addictions. With a strengths-based, affirming, evidence-informed approach, I help you explore what matters, overcome challenges, and build lasting, meaningful change.
