I am a clinical resident with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field both in the US and overseas. I am interested in working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that healthy relationships can foster a healthy life. As social beings, I believe that our relationships have a profound impact on who we are, what we believe, and how we interact with the world around us. In working with individuals, couples, and families, my goal is to foster healing and growth in relationships, connection, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I aim to help you reach your goals. I use a holistic, researched based, multi-technique approach that is tailored to each client's needs. I am trained in gestalt, CBT, trauma informed care, person centered care, and many other techniques.
