Hi, I am Lindsey and I would be honored to sit with you and hear your story. I believe that each person is unique and that you bring your own strengths and creative abilities into the therapeutic space. My hope is that we can build a non-judgmental relationship to provide space for processing and insight. I am passionate about working with people who have experienced sexual abuse and complex trauma. I have lived abroad and I deeply value diversity, equity and inclusion. I hope to provide an accepting and affirming atmosphere. Trauma can hijack life, but you have the power to reclaim your narrative.

A little about me, I am a trauma counselor and art therapist. I am trained in evidence-based treatments including EMDR and TF-CBT. I am an eclectic therapist who works from a person-centered and trauma-informed perspective. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, art, and creativity for healing and growth.
