With compassion and acceptance, I work with each person to help them recognize and build on their already existing strengths. I enjoy helping people explore and recognize the abilities they already have within themselves to grow and live a happy, healthy, successful life.
I have been practicing therapy for over 17 years. I draw from a variety of models in order to fit the needs of each client. These models include CBT, Gottman Method, Attachment, and Relational. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist. I take a very integrative, and relational approach to help clients feel comfortable throughout the therapy process.
As an LMFT, I have always had a passion for working with individuals with sexual intimacy issues. Sex therapy issues I work with: desire discrepancy, increasing pleasure, enhancing intimacy, orgasmic disorders, pain associated with intercourse, sexual compulsion behaviors, and Kink/BDSM.
