I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is trauma-informed and deeply passionate about the healing that can take place within the therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy can be truly life-changing, and it continues to amaze me what can unfold in the course of a single hour when someone feels safe, seen, and supported. At the heart of my work is the belief that life is about connection—that relationships are what give our lives meaning and are often the reason we get up each day, whether those connections are with partners, family, friends, or ourselves.
