Hi there! If you're not doing well right now, I'd love to be here for you. I want to offer a supportive space for you to process and find real healing. I see providing a judgement free space to be heard as one of the most important parts of therapy. We often feel that we should be able to take care of things ourselves. Friends and family should be enough to get us through. Distraction and go-to coping skills used to work and now they don't anymore.
