Announcement icon I am conducting all appointments by secure video chat or phone until at least the end of April.
**I offer telehealth services for residents of North Carolina.** Are you ready for life to change? Telehealth therapy can be a powerful tool to transform your personal story in wonderful ways. As a psychologist trained in research-supported therapy, I can help you or your child develop the insight, skills, and confidence you need to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. I will approach our work together with warmth, humor, empathy, and creativity, and I will collaborate with you to tailor treatment to your needs.
I might be an especially good fit for you if... You're overwhelmed by worries, sadness, or loneliness and you need help dealing with those feelings. You're having a hard time managing day-to-day tasks while working from home and you need help building a routine. Or your child is anxious or acting out and you're not sure what to do about it.
I also evaluate children and adults for autism, ADHD, giftedness, and learning differences. Some testing, but not all, can be conducted online. If you schedule an evaluation, we will do as many parts online as we can, then schedule the remaining in-person testing when physical distancing guidelines are no longer in effect.
