My ideal clients are teens and adults, including LGBTQIA+ folks, navigating anxiety, trauma, family conflict, identity questions, relationship struggles, or the general weight of life feeling heavier than it should. Some are also working through their relationship with substances, whether newly sober or years into recovery, but that's one piece of a bigger picture. They come to me tired of therapy that feels clinical, judgmental, or performative, ready for something real. Together, we build a collaborative, trauma-informed process that meets them where they are and helps them move from surviving to feeling like themselves.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, identity, and relationship work with teens and adults, with additional experience in substance use and co-occurring disorders. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+-affirming, blending evidence-based tools with honest, collaborative conversation tailored to whatever you're actually working through.
You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. If something in your life feels heavier than it should, that's reason enough to start. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating. I'd be glad to talk with you about whether we're a good fit and what working together could actually look like.
