Many of the families I work with describe feeling stuck—children, teens, or young adults may be struggling with emotions, school, or relationships, and parents are unsure how to help. My role is to offer a safe, encouraging space where kids and young people feel understood and parents feel supported. Using evidence-based strategies, I help build coping skills and confidence while guiding families in practical tools that reduce stress and strengthen connections. Together, we work toward calmer days, better communication, and a stronger sense of hope for the future.
I specialize in helping children, teens, and young adults navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, autism, OCD, and personality disorders. I also support clients through life transitions and big changes that can feel overwhelming. I offer both individual and family therapy, with a focus on building coping skills
