Hello! I’m so glad you are here. I’m a queer therapist who is passionate about supporting the mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ & neurodiverse communities. Are you, or your child/teen, exploring parts of your sexuality or gender identity? Are you questioning whether or not you may be Autistic or have ADHD? Do you feel like you have difficulty regulating your emotions or attuning to your sensory needs? Maybe you are seeking an affirming place to process life transitions or grief. I teach folks skills in order to regulate mood, gain self-compassion, radically accept hard truths, & set boundaries in order to build a more aligned life.
I practice from a LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, anti-racist, body-positive perspective. I am a goal-oriented therapist and strive to make therapy a collaborative process. I am here to support your growth. My approach is down to earth and leaves clients feeling validated, accepted, & empowered to make lasting changes in their lives.
I am actively committed to providing a safe, affirming, non-judgmental space for all individuals. All of my clients are very important to me, and all are welcome. I know it can feel scary to begin. If this resonates at all, feel free to reach out for a consult or to ask any questions. Email preferred when reaching out, this will ensure a quicker response!
