I orient my practice to provide space for my clients to share openly and confidentially about their concerns.
One benefit of the therapeutic relationship is allowing for the safe exploration of the pictures that all of us have in our minds. Many of us are not consciously aware of the constant conversations going on within. These conversations are sometimes inaccurate. During your private session, we will explore this self-chatter and examine its truthfulness.
In my 15 years of experience, I have worked with individuals seeking recovery from severe and persistent mental illness, issues with identity and sexuality, mood disorders (including depression), trauma, anxiety, grief, addiction, and codependency.
