My passion is helping women and birthing folks move from surviving to thriving. I specialize in perinatal mental health and women's mental health including neurodivergence, hormonal concerns, matrescence, trauma, and sexuality. I'm also a certified EMDR therapist and help folks work through attachment and betrayal trauma.

As a practitioner who is neurodivergent, struggles with chronic illness, and understands Appalachian culture, I welcome and value the unique intersectionalities that every person brings to parenthood.
