I bring to the table experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families in a variety of settings, including faith-based agencies, schools, community mental health, the juvenile justice system, adoption, and after-school programs. I enjoy incorporating EMDR to help heal the nervous system, as well as CBT and mindfulness.
