I help healers and caregivers who feel overwhelmed and burned out by supporting them in feeling valued and grounded through deep self-reflection and boundary-setting. We collaborate to find the best path forward for you.
If we decide to work together, I will guide you in safe-paced self-reflection to help you find what matters most to you and what is getting in the way of your feeling joy, contentment, connection, and self-trust. Then we find ways to help you build the relationships you prefer with yourself and others. You guide the pace and direction of our work.
