Children don’t navigate challenges alone, and neither should parents. I work collaboratively with children and parents to better understand what’s beneath difficult behaviors, build practical coping skills, and create more positive patterns at home and at school.

Groups
Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
CPRT is a play-based treatment program for parents of children presenting with behavioral, emotional, social, and attachment concerns. In a supportive group environment of 5-8 parents, you will learn specific skills that focus on enhancing familial bonds and responding more effectively to your child's underlying needs at the root of emotional and behavioral concerns, including how to effectively limit your child's misbehavior. Parents then implement the skills in weekly play sessions with their child outside of the group and get feedback on their skills from a child therapist.
