I specialize in helping adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress and the constant pressure to achieve and do more. Many people come to me experiencing imposter syndrome and feel exhausted from the endless loop of feeling like they must be perfect in their careers, with partners, friends and family, but feeling fear about who they are and if they are good enough. I love helping my clients break free from these patterns to reconnect with what matters most; themselves! Let's quiet the critic inside that says you are never enough & help you create a life that feels aligned with who you are, and not just what you achieve.

I offer both in person and telehealth sessions, and many clients choose a hybrid model as well!

I see the strengths in all my clients and want you to recognize yours too! I love supporting adults who are ready to take big steps in their lives that can be uncomfortable but worthwhile. My clinical approach does not focus on symptoms, but rather on the underlying mechanisms that produce them. Let's figure it out, once and for all.
