I specialize in working with individuals who are perfectionists, in high-stress careers, and high achievers. Often, people find me when they are struggling with anxiety, burnout, comparison to others and feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. I help my clients get back in touch with their purpose and meaning and learn to build confidence in themselves! With a strengths-based approach and a blend of lived experience, honesty, humor, and empathy, I support clients in maximizing joy, feeling happier and reducing anxiety. I can help you identify your values, motivations and find purpose when things feel hard and uncomfortable.
I see the good in all my clients, and I want you to recognize your own strengths too. I work with motivated adults 18+ who are ready to make big, exciting changes. My approach is eclectic, drawing from psychodynamic, existential, cultural-relational, CBT & positive psychology. I love nothing more than helping my clients change their lives in big ways!
It is an honor to do this work and learn about my clients' lives. I truly believe together we can work towards peace, balance and happiness. I look forward to learning more about you and how I can be part of your journey, either for a short or long time!
