About
As a counselor, I greatly desire for my clients to know and believe that they matter and have purpose on this Earth. How amazing that you are already seeking out the help you desire and deserve! When working with me, you will find a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space, where you have the ability to grow toward your goals and reach healing. I will always hold hope for my clients, and I truly believe that change is possible.
My favorite tool for working with individual clients is "Brainspotting". This framework is a versatile offshoot of EMDR, based on the idea that "where you look affects how you feel". I have seen much success with brainspotting and love the healing it brings! I am also trained in couples/family therapy strategies to help build strong and loving relationships.
Reaching out for help is definitely not easy, but it is an honor to work alongside individuals and families who desire change for their own good and for the good of their relationships. I'd love to be the one who journeys with you through life's triumphs and tribulations. If you are new to counseling, feel free to reach out to ask some questions!
