Sometimes our lives look nothing like we planned. Grief touching everything, leave you feeling alone even in a room full of people. In whatever form — a struggling relationship, a lost dream, an unexpected life transition, or the death of a loved one — grief can feel all-consuming and isolating. My hope is that therapy helps you create the safe spaces needed within your life and relationships to experience and share both your positive and negative emotions. To be able to feel it all fully, share what's been too heavy to say, and find your way through.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing various forms of loss, especially pregnancy, infant, and child loss, as well as those navigating the transitions of parenthood, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and birth trauma. I also work with individuals managing anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

With an emphasis on family systems and trauma-focused approaches, I understand that the coping patterns we form early in life can create barriers to living our most authentic, healthy lives.
