My passion is serving couples, families and women. I find I have the most success in supporting women (emphasis on ages 18- 30's), and the unique challenges we face. If you are struggling with negative self talk, difficulty putting yourself first and saying "no" to others, or other difficulties creating anxiety.. I'm here to listen & support. Regarding success in serving couples and families (LGBTQIA+ affirming), I take an emotionally focused approach and ground in communication skills. I will work with you to find the emotional root of the issues you see resurfacing, so cycles are put to an end & you feel at ease.
The first step in solving the issue, is clearly defining it. We will set goals collaboratively so you can get what YOU want out of therapy. I choose a treatment approach based on what your unique needs are. Whether that's an emotional focus, or support with shifting your thinking patterns, I cater to you. You then get to enjoy the benefits of your hard work!
Reaching out for therapy can be uncomfortable. Whether you have tried therapy many times, or this is completely new, we will discuss your hopes and expectations so you get the most out of your therapeutic experience, and so I can meet your needs. Please feel free to contact me with any questions! I look forward to supporting you in your therapeutic journey.
