Welcome to my practice, Perceptions Counseling... I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University in 2015. I am now a fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-008308) with more than 10 years experience working with clients.
I have extensive experience in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provide a support, collaborative space to help you gain insight and move forward with confidence. Sessions are available in my Sayville office or via telehealth.
I work with individuals across diverse identities and relationship dynamics, including LGBTQ+ and non-traditional relationships.
