I believe in healing through therapeutic relationship. Establishing trust creates a safe container in which to experience change. I am LGBTQIA+-allied, BIPOC-allied, and I also work with cis-white folx who are working on reducing their contribution to and healing trauma associated with white supremacy and capitalist patriarchy. My graduate work was at Naropa University, where I deeply connected with the Buddhist roots of my education. I welcome people from all religions and backgrounds.
I work from orientations including mindfulness, gestalt, and transpersonal. From addiction to anxiety and depression, relationships, spirituality, or trauma, I strive to bring forth the healer within my clients. I am abortion affirming, gender affirming and trauma informed.
I am happy to offer a free initial consultation over the phone to answer additional questions and see if we are a good fit for each other.
