Hello! I am a Dallas-based therapist who is passionate about working with adolescents and adults wrestling with self-worth due to family of origin and relational issues. I strongly believe in value-driven behaviors and encourage clients dealing with an array of struggles to this end. Through incorporating DBT skills and practices alongside professional experience with complex family systems, substance use, depression, anxiety, and divorce, I aim to help clients relate differently to pain while creating the life they desire.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hope to serve my clients with respect and empathy while encouraging them in personal journeys of growth. I am both honored and committed to meeting clients where they are at and helping them achieve their personal and relational goals.
