I am passionate about coming alongside college-aged students through middle aged adults wrestling with depression, anxiety, and self-worth due to struggles related to family, childhood, trauma, church, and relationships. At Four Seeds Counseling, I encourage you to discover your unique values, uncover and challenge underlying beliefs about yourself and the world, and practice intentional value-based actions within a safe, confidential relationship. In the therapeutic context, I help clients relate differently to pain and discomfort while they create the life they desire.
Encouraged by the practice of doing life together, I believe change and healing happen in the context of relationship. Through our therapeutic work, individuals can hope to gain self-worth and personal empowerment, learning to trust themselves and others and create a life in which they feel free and content.
