I offer a wide array of mental health knowledge and experience that includes working with the elderly, adults, adolescents, and children. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I use an eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am also Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP). I utilize virtual counseling only, which can be done from the comfort of your own home.

I am a LPC working with APN Behavioral Healthcare. I have my MA in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University and my BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University. I was previously the board secretary for the Jefferson County Adult Protective Services Board for 2 years. I am also a Certified Grief Informed Professional.

I work with individuals starting around age 9 and up to the eldery. I work with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: depression, trauma, anger management, anxiety, mood issues, grief, learning disabilities, life coaching, parenting, relationship issues, and more.
