Becoming a therapist has been one of the hardest endeavors and greatest joys of my life. But isn’t that how things often go? It is the fullest of human experiences to suffer and grieve and strive and love and celebrate and overcome. As a therapist, it is my goal to provide a safe space for my clients to be seen, to be heard, and to navigate all that life has in store.
I have a M.S in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Specialization: Play Therapy and Expressive Arts. I approach therapy from an integrated and holistic perspective. I believe humans are an intricate combination of mind, body, heart, and soul…thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, spiritual experiences, and relationships – with others and with themselves.
I would love to connect with you and walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey. Together we will forge a unique relationship, made specifically for healing, thriving, and making the most of what Mary Oliver calls “your one wild and precious life.”
