Throughout my 12 years of clinical practice, I have worked in multiple therapeutic settings such as schools, an outpatient mental health clinic, and a group private practice in NW Washington, DC. I utilize a client-centered approach, drawing from multiple evidence-based models such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), play therapy, and attachment theory.
