I am a licensed professional counselor with a masters degree in clinical psychology, with concentrations in child and family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
I have a passion for helping clients navigate through the difficult chapters of life like, relationship struggles, parenting, depression, anxiety, and the complexities of managing autoimmune diseases. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of experiences and trainings to meet the unique needs of each individual or family I work with.
