About
I certainly understand the overwhelming task of pairing yourself with a therapist that works best with you, so I am grateful you have chosen to explore my practice. I offer afternoon and evening hours in a safe and welcoming environment that is tailored to best suit the needs of children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. In addition to direct psychotherapy, I also offer treatment plans that involve parent-training, family therapy, school-consultation, and assistance with behavioral modification. I am trained in crisis intervention and am a Certified School Mental-Wellness Specialist.
With my ten years of experience in the field, I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults on all developmental levels. Some of the most prevalent diagnoses I have treated include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ODD, Emotional Regulation Impairment, ADHD, and ASD, and trauma/PTSD.
No question is the wrong question when it comes to the wellbeing of you or someone you love, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me so that I may assist you in navigating this process. My versatile approach will allow us to create a tailored treatment plan to best suit you, your child, and your family. Please see my website for more details.
