About
Whether managing a life transition, addressing a relationship conflict, processing trauma or changing unwanted behavioral patterns, I work to help clients understand the root of the issue, develop tools necessary to meet these challenges, and take steps towards a healthier and more integrated life.
I have been trained in working with adults, adolescents, and couples with a variety of issues. I have specialized training in working with depression and anxiety, family-of-origin issues, grief and trauma.
I love what I do and enjoy building warm, open relationships with my clients. I believe the relationship with your therapist is one of the main curative factors in therapy and thus take this relationship very seriously.
