Jurassic World: Facing Fears & Building Resilience
This is a one-time group on September 28th from 1-3pm at Animating Principle's Workshop in Glendale (Montrose area). This group is for ages 6-12 and will focus on psychoeducation for confronting and working through fears, as well as healthy coping tools for managing anxiety and strategies for building resilience. Take-home resources are included. This class will be Jurassic Park themed (themes are not scary; more dino focused) and will be tons of fun! Great for those dealing with anxiety, OCD, phobias, Autism, and ADHD, but all are welcome!

Inside Out: Accepting and Managing Big Emotions
This is a one-time group for ages 6-12 at Animating Principle's Workshop in Glendale (Montrose area). This group will be held on Saturday, October 26th 1-3pm. This group will use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to help children learn how to increase healthy expression of emotion and accept and manage big emotions utilizing healthy tools. This group is Inside Out themed and will include take-home resources. This group will be tons of fun! It will consist of entirely new material, so those that joined our previous Inside Out classes, can still join. Don't bottle up your emotions! Join today!

Art: Increasing Healthy Expression of Emotion
This group is for ages 6-12 and will be held Saturday, November 23rd at Animating Principle's Workshop in Glendale (Montrose area) from 1-3pm. This is a one-time art group and will focus on positive peer connection, social skills, and increasing healthy expression of emotion through art. This group will include take-home materials. We have an amazing art space (take a look at our pictures!) and this group will be a ton of fun! All are welcome! Ideal for those with difficulty with emotional expression/regulation, ADHD, anxiety, Autism, or low self-esteem.
