Relationships can feel so hard and complicated! Sometimes it seems like no matter what we say or try to do differently, we always end up having the same arguments with the same unfulfilling outcomes over and over again. It’s stressful and exhausting and it’s easy to want to give up. In our work together, I can help you understand the real reason that these conversations aren’t going well, and give you the concrete skills and concepts to do something new and productive. This work brings clarity to the chaos of dating and relationships and creates new, healthy patterns that lead to secure, connected partnerships.
I am trained in Relationship Theory Model which is based on attachment theory and recent research on neuroplasticity (brain rewiring) to help clients better understand themselves, build compassion for themselves, and use that compassion as the motivation for change and growth. I will lead clients in an immersive process to for deep and lasting results.
I believe that the wounds that have occurred in relationship must be healed in relationship. My approach is to utilize compassion and accountability with clients, with respect for boundaries and uncomfortable emotions, which can be used as a model and guide for other relationships in their lives.
