I specialize in working with couples and individuals, applying concepts and methodology from the Gottman Method and Terrence Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Additionally, I have experience in autism, trauma, adoption, attachment issues, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, navigating supports within school systems, behavioral problems in children, and parenting skills. Modalities of therapy used are CBT, IFS, and EMDR.
My masters degree in clinical psychology and 10+ years of clinical experience as a therapist and diagnostician helps me to work with my clients using a systemic and well-integrated approach.
Daring greatly means having the courage to be vulnerable, it means to show up and be seen, to ask for what you need, to talk about how you're feeling, and to have the hard conversations - Brene Brown
