I provide an empathetic and encouraging environment to those struggling with mental health issues and the challenges that come with everyday life. I believe that therapy is a partnership, in which we join together to help you establish and work towards your goals of healing. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Strengths Based Therapy.
I am certified in the treatment of perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International and trained in mental health treatment interventions for those who are or have experienced infertility through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP/EXRP) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
I can provide a variety of services, including individual therapy both in person and via telehealth. I am also a board approved supervisor.
