My heart is to work with those who are feeling overwhelmed by life, those who are seeking hope and healing from trauma, or those who are feeling isolated and looking for help finding their place to belong. My goal is to come alongside my clients and create a space where they feel comfortable and safe to work through any obstacle they may be facing. I primarily work with individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, or life transitions.

I believe in being practical and solution focused while keeping in mind the importance of social support. I help clients identify concrete strategies to address anxiety, depression, or social isolation. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety or have experienced trauma. I specialize in a type of therapy that helps resolve both.
