Lindsay believes in empowering clients to find their true potential through individualized, empathetic care. Lindsay's goal is to meet each client where they are and to help them focus on how to achieve their goals.
Lindsay has vast experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, grief and mood disorders. She has gained her experience working with the Army National Guard and in an outpatient mental health clinic. She is also an Army veteran. It is through this experience she has learned empathy and the importance of feedback, along with humor.
