My mission is to support you in activating your own inner healing wisdom as you move towards experiencing wholeness, expansion and transformation. I utilize a combination of body-based interventions from ancient wisdom traditions and traditional psychotherapy methods to address the psychological, spiritual, emotional and physiological needs of each individual, creating a more integrative, effective, and holistic approach to healing.
Services include Trauma healing, self-regulation tools/psychoeducation, somatic healing, EMDR, IFS, chronic pain support, mood management, exploration of addictive patterns/chaotic drug use, support through life transitions, grief exploration, navigating relationship discord/betrayal and psychedelic integration. Virtual Sessions - Services open to ages 13+
My experience working with trauma survivors over the past fifteen years has afforded me a deep understanding of the powerful impact of trauma on the mind, body and soul.
