With a decade of experience, I specialize in helping people with trauma, anxiety, and depression. My easy-going approach means no pressure, just a dedicated space where we can work through the tough stuff at your pace. Together, we'll untangle stress, work through hard emotions, and find ways to help you feel lighter and more in control again.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I guide patients in revisiting difficult experiences in a safe and transformative environment. In my role as an Animal-Assisted Therapist, I partner with my canine co-therapist, Dante, to help clients process emotions in a unique, hands-on way that goes beyond traditional talk therapy.
