With a decade of experience, I specialize in helping people with trauma, anxiety, and depression. My easy-going approach means no pressure—just a safe space where we can work through the tough stuff at your pace. Together, we'll untangle stress, work through hard emotions, and find ways to help you feel lighter and more in control again.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I work with patients to revisit painful experiences in a safe, healing and transformative way. Through Animal-Assisted Therapy, I partner with my canine co-therapist, Dante, to support clients in navigating big emotions in an experiential way different than traditional talk therapy. I am remote Tues-Thur & in-person Fri & Sat.
