Hi! I help clients rebuild confidence in living an authentic, meaningful life. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the joy in their everyday moments. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can move toward the life you want. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating social anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and those on the autism spectrum. I also enjoy working with clients who identify as highly sensitive, people-pleasers, or chronic “overthinkers.”

I received my Masters from East Carolina University. I am a first time mom to a little boy that just turned one. Navigating motherhood has been my newest hobby but I also love being outside, listening to audiobooks & music, fishing, trying new food, cooking, writing/journaling, and spending time with my family/friends.
