Hi and welcome! I am a therapist licensed in Colorado, Arizona and Idaho. I have a fully virtual practice. I specialize in helping people work through anxiety and fear as they take steps to create a life that is deeply inspiring to them. I work with highly motivated individuals who feel ready to create change and who value life long learning. My approach to therapy draws from many influences incIuding: music, yoga, athletics, mindfulness, the arts, somatic therapies, narrative and emotion focused therapies, coaching, Synergetic Play therapy, trauma informed therapies, attachment approaches and experiential, relational therapies.
I help people better understand what they think, feel, want and need and how to communicate and navigate the world around them. I also help people learn to be with their internal experiences through self-regulation, curiosity, acceptance and resilience training. Sessions include conversation, education, reflective exercises, humor, and space to feel.
