I support couples who are struggling with emotional regulation, high conflict, intimacy challenges, and issues related to sex, substance use, chronic stress and trauma. Many of the people I work with are queer, neurodiverse, or exploring/practicing non monogamy. They often seek deeper connection, understanding, and alignment in their relationships. These couples may feel stuck in conflict or disconnected from each other. They are seeking support to improve communication, rebuild trust, and develop deeper emotional and physical intimacy.
Together we will get to know your unique conflict cycles, and practice new ways of working with them. We will increase your awareness of your emotional experience and experiment with new ways of communicating these experiences with your partner(s). We'll build relational skills that get you closer to a felt sense of secure attachment.
No matter their background, intersecting identities, or political affiliations, I meet my clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect. If you could use support navigating challenges with communication, intimacy, conflict, identity exploration, substance use, or stress, feel free to reach out here or book a free consultation through my website.
