About
Do you often feel at war with yourself? Does it feel like that voice of inner judgment is getting a little loud these days? Distraction and pushing it away works for a while, but it never seems to stay quiet for long. You long for a sense of inner peace, but it doesn't seem possible when you feel like your own worst enemy. As a therapist who has personal and professional experience with internal warfare, I get it. I help adults navigate their inner judgment, process the experiences that created the inner critic, and reconcile the parts of themselves that are at odds so that they can have true, authentic peace.
Clients come to me seeking an empathetic space where they can ask important questions and work through the things that matter to them. I prioritize meeting my clients where they are without judgment, and use a body-based therapy that takes talk therapy deeper. My hope for every client is that they feel more at peace with who and how they are in the world.
However you're coming into this process is perfect. It's where you are. All of your highs and lows are welcome here. Together, we can help you become a more self-connected and self-compassionate you. If you're looking for a therapist who will help you find true peace within yourself, reach out for a phone consult or visit my website today.
