Their goals may include reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, improving boundaries and connection in relationships, processing trauma, and aligning daily choices with personal growth.
As a counselor, I offer a person-centered, collaborative approach to each session. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship strain, or the lingering impact of trauma. I also offer integration of Christian faith for those who would like to draw on their spiritual resources.
