About
WELCOME! I'm glad you're here :) I work to help you improve self-esteem, build resiliency, & manage anxiety/ADHD symptoms in kids, teens, & adults in their 20's and 30's. I believe that we learn about ourselves and the world around us early on in life. I will help you identifying strengths, areas for growth, and helpful tools that will help you or your child reach goals & thrive throughout your entire life. It can be really tough to get a handle on these things on your own. Don't worry, I can help.
In order to thrive in life, we have to know who we are and what we want. Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all, it's about finding what works best for you &/or your child. I aim to help you build the emotional intelligence skills to connect with yourself & others in an authentic & meaningful way. Www.SD-Therapy.com

I see our work together as a collaborative relationship as we work towards helping you and/or your child lead a more fulfilling & enriching life.
